I have paid 25K in Jan 2020 to Unbelievable holidays against package for 6D/7N for hotel stay, sight seeing and dinner any where in India.
Due to covid we unable to go out ,now when i called them today they refuse to provide service saying that its expire but on agreement they mention 5 years. Also confirm to provide at 25k in instead of 68k as a promotion plan. I feel now i cheated since my hard earned money in his hand. Request to authority to get my money back or provide service.
