Gem tours is fake and their travel agents have no sense of professionalism. They have taken 50, 000 as booking fees for south africa tour and not booked the tour because they changes the iternery date of departure and flight timing just before booking which I did not agree to and now they are not refunding the money and the manager on the call says do what you want to do we will refund when we want. Such a bizzare people. Don't book any tour with them.
