Conductor was really rude and just he just threw a dumb person

I was traveling in 62 brahmand, and a passenger didn't have change and he was unable to talk , he wanted bus till kaburbaudi and the conductor was like "100 ka chutta nahi hai" then he just gave him majiwada ticket and refused to give his change back , when he gave his change back it was too rude of him too
Then when majiwada stop comes he just pushed him out of the bus and then gave abusive language. Not fair
He was rude to everyone he didn't return 5 10 rs to many people
If people are paying for a good service please provide it. No one deserves to be treated the same
