Paulo travels bus not giving seat as per booking

Paulo travels bus Aurangabad to Bangalore bus time was 1:30pm but came at 4:30 , 3 hours delay and carrying 10 extra passengers than seats available in bus. And made us to sit for 5 hours in others seat .... Time waste and no proper response from travells. And carrying goa passengers in this bus . Need refund from Paulo travels and Redbus
