I bought a TV of BPL company (Model:- BPL TV 50U-A4310) from Reliance digital, Bongaigaon, Assam which is worth of ₹32999 on the date of 15th August 2022 . After 8 month of bringing and using the television the television started to show problems. i.e. the TV screen and audio would turn off automatically and would come back after about 10-20 minutes. We complained about this in Reliance ResQ of bongaigaon branch about the problem and took the television to there premises many times (more than 10 times) but they weren't able to fix it. Recently they changed the LCD screen but there has been no change in the problem. Than after sone days the workers of reliance resq branch bongaigaon changed the circuit of our Television but the new circuit which they provided was itself damaged and so we have to re use our old circuit. It has been more than 6 months now that we are facing the issues and our TV still has the warranty period for 3 years but the Reliance ResQ isn't helping us in this. Please take an immediate action and help us . We would be grateful.
