AFTER SALES SERVICE NOT PROVIDE, I bought a LED tv of TCL from Reliance Digital

I bought a LED tv of TCL from Reliance Digital, Silpukhuri Guwahati on 2nd June 2019 and at first they delivered a problematic tv on 3rd June and after complain to Reliance Digital they replaced a new one on 5th June. After that the new one again starting problem on 30th June and I complain it at Reliance Digital at the first time then they are also not aware about service of TCL LED tv First time they told me that TCL service provide from Reliance Digital and after call centre confirmation they suggest me to log a complain in TCL customer service centre. Then I call to TCL and register a complain on 30th June 2019 7.20 PM. against complain no. IN0620193964201 and they assurance me to provide the service within 72 hours. But till date on 6th June nobody come to my home for guide or assists me.
After several follow-up with TCL call centre and Zonal service manager Mr. Chandan Dasgupta then also did not get any suitable reply from them. A mob. no. provided by call centre of local service person Mr. Roy 08011627178 who is a appoint to my case and after call him he also not entertain my call for so many times. On 05th June 2019 Mr. Roy call me and said to provide him a photocopy of Purchases Invoice copy and warranty card and after provided he told that take another some days for replaced the damage parts . It Just one month old tv. Now what I can do?
Kindly suggest me to solved the issue.
