Acer TV I have purcahsed on 26th January 2023 from Amazon which is in warrenty. 20 days back my TV was not able to start. After so many hurdels compaint is raised with Acer TV. No person come to visit or not even received singal call from ACER. after so much fighting person come and check that motherboard is failed and they need to order new which will take 10 days. On 21st oct they have commited this. After more that 10 days passed they are saying that it is courier. Sometimes they say it near gandhigham sometime says near Bhuj. They hardly pick our call. Acer manager number is 82001 80461. We want our money back.
I purchased TV worth Rs. 22070 and warrenty also worth Rs. 1706. Bills are attached. So I want to claim my total amount back of Rs. 23776.
