First Complaint: AHM1304180012
· Complaint registered on 13th April, 2018. Motherboard crashed.
· After 16 days on 28th April and television get delivered from service station. The representative does not send the remote along with television.
· Post delivery on 28th April, finally on 29th May (30 days) your representative delivers the remote and that to a wrong one. Of that of Videocon D2H instead of television.
· Again the television goes back to services station and gets delivered back after another 10 days.
Second Complaint: AHM2806180237
· Same issue crops up and Mother board crashes again.
· Again television goes back to service station for repairs and comes back in 2nd week of July.
Third Complaint: AHM1607180265
· And motherboard crashes again.
Forth Complaint: AHM2607180210
· Motherboard crashes again. Now they promise to replace the television, but still haven’t since 2 months.
In reference to the above complaint numbers, I wish to bring to your kind attention that the problem is still not solved. Even after speaking to Gurgaon Corporate Office, who claimed to have approved the replacement of the television to the Ahmedabad office, the guys are still not delivering it. Its been 2 months now and well technically also if you see, this has been going on since April 2018. Here are the name and number of individuals on behalf of Philips that have been interacting with me and have now stopped responding to my calls. 2 of them have actually gone and put my number in blocked list. Sumeet Kejriwal: +91 70650 22805 Ashish Dahiya: +91 70650 22749 Pankaj Patel: +91 81406 88806 Vishal Chandrani: +91 72111 63434 In view of the same, I wish to now initiating the process of taking legal action and suing your organization for Mental Harassment. Your kind help is requested in this regard to help me to get justice. Please do the needful.
