I had complaint about my LED display damage on 30.10.2018, but till the date they had not resolved my complaint. It's already more than 15 days passed. Whenever I called up in customer service they told me that wait for 2 days. And because of that my LED TV damaging day by day.

Dear Sir, I had complaint against Videocon LED company. My Videocon LED display is damaged and I had inform about that for servicing to Videocon customer service center on 30.10.2018. They told me that our Engineer contact you within 72 hours. Then I contact customer care after 72 hours that no any engineer visited my LED service till 01.11.2018. So kindly send him as soon as possible. Then they provide me engineer contact number, but the number is out of service till the date. Then I had contact more then 10 times to customer care but they always tell me that they contact you within 48 hours. but nobody call me or visit my LED TV. Then after few days they told me that your complaint is canceled because of our Engineer try to contact you but your phone is not reachable. I can't understand all these. Then again I register new complaint with different mobile number. Now also they are giving me the same answers. So this is my kindly request to you that please do the needful. And Its almost completing one month of my complaint. And I am claiming full amount on Videocon company with rupees 30000.
