Sir,
I have the honour to lay before you here that on 9-7-2019 I purchase Sony Bravia 49Inch TV from Tarang's Electronic of amount 60900/-
But on 4-8-2019 afternoon the TV stop working (unable to on) and inform to Sony care email then make call in toll free sony care. they responded my complaint on 7-8-2019 one of the technician of sony care has inspected the and after that he report that the there is a problem with TV in the power section . I question him that how branded TV such as Sony may giving problem within 25 days of purchase. on the other hand the TV sold me was used one they keep the TV as display in the shop since long its may not fresh one as per the mechanic view. The next day on 7-8-2019 they rang me up phone and he suppose to repair the TV but I refuse to do repair the TV. How I allow them to repair the TV as it is 25days from the purchase the TV . So I would like to lodge a complaint against the Sony India Private Limited to replace the TV with a new one. They are in the state of cheating to the innocent customer. So I therefore request kindly take necessary action in this regard. hope I will not deprive with justice.
