Illegal Tariff Plan Changed by Vodafone kolkata, really upset to vodafone service

Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I am really upset from your service. Do you read our emails carefully when we send the request to you ? On 27th July I sent email writing "I want to change my plan to Sep 149 N CUG as per my own reference number 9836363377(Now they are under same CUG).But I want to keep intact current bill discount and my DATA benefit (750 MB+ throttle speed ). Please change it as immediate effect." On 28th July I was confirmed that the tariff will be changed according my request.
The request no 219718710 was taken according to that but after the changed now I found that the tariff is not changed as per my request. Now I am very disappointed. Please add the same which I clearly mentioned in my email. I hope you will investigate all the details and take step against it.
There is no (750 MB+ throttle speed ) which was before, I didn’t ask it to change.
Please look into the matter and see the screenshot atachment as vodafone is not now replying me after repeated emails. And please give the previous benefit 750 MB+ throttle speed.
I am waiting for your reply hopefully.
