Complain against Vodafone services mental harassment for me

I have been using vodafone services since more than 15 years.

They have given me a bill which is more than double the amount of the average bills i receive inspite of getting assured by their executives through Vodafone care, that my bills wouldnt be more than the usual monthly bill.

I had registered a complaint and emailed then on 30th June 2016, to which i have not received any response, all i get is an automated response saying " they would response in 3 working days " after repeated emails and posting on social media, they say they would repond back in 48 hours and some time respectively.

This is a clear fraud case. i have all the proof necessary against them.

Now they are sending me messages and emails to clear my outstanding amount.

Since i have been using this number for my work and my personal life. it is very difficult to change my number.

It has been a mental harassment for me, trying to get response from vodafone.

And now i think its blackmail, cause they say to enjoy your continuous services please pay the outstanding.

Please help me with this situation.
