Sir, my aircel mobile no. is 8906209546 , i recharg my sim with Rs.-59 and Rs- 109, date near about 15-20 august 2015.but after some day my sim ballance both are nill. I was complaind this matter of aircel customer care on 28 august 2015, my service request no. is 1-20596616373 has been registered, but til now company not returned my ballance.

    Deduction of balance for no reason by Sanni Bambniya:

    I want to log a complaint against aircel company for cheat and fraud. I had recharged with Rs.150 on my number 8898630266 and had got a promo balance of 20. Yestetday my balance was deducted without any reason or prior information. Now my balance is 75. They deducted all my balamce as well as my promo balance. I am trying to log a complaint for the same to their costumer care. All tge representative had put me on hold for more then half hour, and did not log my complaint for balance deduction and now they have blocked my number as i am not able to call them. All the representative were rude and did not connect me to their senior or manager when asked them to, instead just cut my phone or put me on hold again, and now i called from other number they did the same to other number after calling them and informing the problem i am facing. Still there is no response from their side and no one has taken my complaint yet. This is not the first time i facing this problem with the company as i have faced this same problem more then once since i have ported to aircel and its not even 2 months yet.

    Aircel mobile network provider company my aircel no. 7844086583 have promo balance at mid night 48 rupees but when I checked my balance in morning have zero balance.I am calling to customer care of aircel they are not listening my complain. They are always busy even I call by another aircel no. At 1st time they receive the call but when I tell them the problem they cut the call without give me solution . After that they are busy when I call them another time. They are not caring me so please I want quick response from you. Please take a good decision against aircel.
