I CA Niresh Kumar s/o Shri Son Pal Singh R/o D-1 Plot NO.10A Shakti Khand-2 Indirapuram Ghaziabad-201014. I am a practicing Chartered Accountant from last 11 years and I also a consultant of World Bank Financed Project running under Indian Council of Agricultural Research (Ministry of Agriculture and Farmer Welfare).
I am using Mobile No. 9990337666 from last 10 years and using JIO Operator services.
Suddenly on 25th December Morning my mobile outgoing and incoming have been suspended without informing me. I have immediately contacted to customer care and lodged a complaint. The customer care told me that you have high usage of Mob and used for telemarketing. On these point, I have replied that I have high usage but not used for telemarketing. I have filed complaint on mail and also [email protected]. I have requested that my contact no is very important because it is used every where for my business, banks, ICAI,CAG, NAHEP and personal purpose.
I am incurring per day loss of revenue approx 20k per day from 25th and it will continue till the restore of services. My work in ministry have been stuck and 60 Agricultural Universities are not able to contact me. That is more and more harmful to me.
The income Tax due date is 31st December 2021 and my clients are not able to contact me. They also not able to file ITR and penalties for not filling ITR will be imposed on him and they also incurred financial losses due to only my suspension of mob no.
In view of above, You are requested to kindly take strict action against the company and to get restore the services of my Mob no. and reimbursement of loss incurred to me and to my clients.
