    Post Purchase services being denied by Reliance Digital and Moonbow Rohit Tiwari May 8, 2019

    I purchased a Moonbow Alpheus With Mineralizer 7 L Ro Water Purifier on 25th Feb 2018 with One Year Warranty and one year of extended warranty.
    A pre-filter was promised by Moonbow with the product however, Reliance Digital denied to give it with the RO and said that we'll get it for free when we'll avail first service for the RO.
    Now since December 2018, this RO is not working and Moonbow and Reliance Digital, both are denying to provide service and the Pre-filter which was promised with the RO.
    Moonbow and Reliance both keep me redirecting to each other. I still have my Bill and all documents with me.
    I've finally decided to take a legal action against them.
