My mobile number 7201071670, on Feb-20, I was requested for my Number transfer from postpaid to prepared, I paid advance bill for outstanding (upto Mar-20) and new prepaid card charge and recharge amount. But Vodafone not act on my request and generate next all more bill (like. Apr, may, jun-20...). In between many time I visited Vodafone store but Vodafone representatives said, it is under process. Wait it will complete within sort day.
After that vadaphone generated new bill upto jun-20, now vadaphone said, pay first outstanding amounts. In between many visit and complain raise but vadaphone not act on complain also.
The payment was pay on case at vadaphone store, for advance bill pay and new card recharge at the time of request. As proof I have only new card and slip provide for new card is available and many massages available from vadaphone on my request and complain.
It is totally harassment from Vodafone to me.
