This is to inform you that, I have purchased Ambrane Power Bank P-1310 (CS171127TR000002) through Invoice Number- BJ/RI/7011 dated 12 sep,2017 but, after using the device for 30 days the device does not detect any Mobile and does not charge any device through the USB port.
Thereafter, I have taken the Power Bank to your authorized Service Centre vide service request no. RVSRN1711SGA00051 Dated 29/11/2017 for repair. The device was collected by the Service Centre for further necessary action.(Copy of Invoice & Service Request attached)
However, after waiting for a long time and and subsequent communication with the Service Centre no proper advice was provided. The Service Centre was also unable to provide any information about the status of service request.
Therefore, I would request you to look into the matter and provide the necessary warranty or service or replacement as soon as possible or I shall have no other option except moving to Consumer Forum.

I have visited the service center at agartala for collect my ambrane power bank. But the service person said the product not received by them till today. They have also communicated with the ambrane customer care for the product. But they said the product not received by the repairing center of Delhi till the date. I have sent you a document of FedEx courier attached this mail as a proof of delivered the product at your Delhi repairing center.
I don't know anything.... I want to get my product in any how as a right of customer.
