Hisense TV display not working

Sir/ Madam,

We have purchased a new Hisense TV at Sri Dharma Sastha Enterprises on 12.01.2022 in the name of K. Senthil, Maduramangalam Village. Kancheepuram District.

But in mid of 2023 itself there is a issue in TV display. We raised a Complaint for it and your service person visited. After checking the TV, a new TV was replaced.

But a month before there is two small black spots in the TV display. We raised a complaint to resolve the issue.

Your service person came for inspection. He checked the TV. While he was coming there is only two black spots. After checking and installing the Display problem is now bigger than earlier/ He is responsible for the issue. The Issue was not solved by your Service Person.

But he did not respond properly. The Service of your person is not satisfactory. We are very much disappointed with his service.While going he gave the remarks that it was broken. But while his arrival display with two black spots only but it was further damaged by him. Please enquire with your service person and resolve the issue at the earliest.

I raised a complaint about the issue today, but they said that we want to pay for the issue. It is the problem after the installation of your service person visit. So Why should we bear for it? It is not fair.

I am attaching herewith the bill copy of purchase and warranty card for your reference.

Kindly Resolve the issue at the earliest possible time.
