I was paid Act fiber net on 25th September 2023 for 6 months, And upgrade to next package on 4th October 2023. And remining balance also paid to Act Fiber net. Now they stopped internet. Now they asking extra Amount Rs.800 change.
And after first installation internet not working after 2 days. I was raised complaint for internet, but problem not resolved.
As of now I was complaining 8 times with in 20 days.
Actual My package will expired on March 2024.
Now they are asking extra Money.
