Toshiba LED 32inch Display problem consumer complain

I have purchased a Toshiba 32'' LED TV from a reputed dealer in Kolkata in the year 2013. My LED TV Now is on warrenty period. My TV is Display is out from 29th May 2016 . I am registered complain on that day no TIPLSR5H0031986 on 29.5.2016 . 1st time engineer came told this Board problem. Board came after 7 days ,2nd time another engineer came told it is not Board problem it is the Panel issue. Panel came another person came it is panel & one inside cable problem also there. Parts will come after few days . One month over Today 4th July 2016 . My TV is not Dark for a month. I have repeated complain to 0120 3870 7000 . email to the customer care person Mr. Manoj Saran. The Kolkata
Local person 8013025481 & 9836448877 .
Every day Last one month I have to call this Number get false assurance.
My TV is will done .
TOSHIBA is International reputed brand what a service they are giving to customer.
Please suggest what to do.
