we are extremely unsatisfied with videocon microwave owens after sale service. they didn't provide any demo or installation as well. after we registered complaint about it that owen has stopped working, one of their service engineer visited us and took the main board along with the service charge Rs.350 and repairing cost Rs.1350 and still hasn't returned with the part. its been more than 3 months and he hasn't returned the part and the money as well. he's also not receiving our calls and if received he's only giving excuses and not showing up to repair our microwave owen.
