i am a vodafone postpaid service user since 2013.
i started facing problem about network from Jan 2016 which shows emergency calls only most of the time.
i use a postpaid service of vodafone i called customer care many times regarding this issue from jan 2016 they havent told me the proper answer till the date they answered me it will take time of two months three months but never specified a particular date today is Oct 2017 and still i am facing the problem on 17 sept 2017 i dropped a mail to nodal officer of vodafone he said there is some network issues in your area and i am getting the same answer from jan 2016 and they always said it will be sorted in two months or three months but now it has been one year and 10 months m facing the problem in vodafone service.
still their answer is same.
i have paid each and every amount of vodafone till the date i pay minimum 400 Rs to vodafone every month.
But now a days i pay the bill but it shows emergency calls only.
even i cant call or recieve calls from anyone .
