FREECHARGE have done recharge of Rs.150 for Full talk time Data

I have done recharge of Rs.150 for Full talk time Data on 08-08-2016 against Order Id : FCVA160808443567514 but benefit not received & there is no support from customer care.

Firs they said wait for one day,then three days and then seven days and now they are demanding my bank statment.

This is totally not acceptable.
