We are facing power supply issue (cable fault) in our area from 24 June 2016 its almost one week till now issue as not resolved .Lodged a complaint regarding the power supply issue/No electricity in our area to Reliance energy customer care. Some of the complaints no are 114125,112991 and other people also raised. Reliance customer care is just providing time line to resolve the issue from 24th June 2016 and forwarding complain to the technician team also new complaint no. without updating prior complains resolution.
However, we went to reliance office near Deonar depot to ask them about the complaint which we lodged. First Person told they haven’t received any complaint form customer care i.e. balm game going between them after sometime he told us to meet senior Officer. We met officer and explain the issue and difficulty we are facing in our area. Officer first told that they haven’t received any complaint form customer care. We ask them to check the complaint no. then officer told us yes, you have registered the complaint.
Officer told us that they do not have manpower will try to resolve by end of the day. We ask the officer manpower? Officer told lack of manpower so it will take a time to resolve. Means if they do not have manpower till 2month or 1 year our problem will be in pending state till they recruit employee. We left from the office, outside the building in reliance compound one person told us that he saw as two time, person was unknown to us if you wanted to resolve the issue provide us some amount, I will speak to them and same day people will come and resolve the issue.
We have mailed to so many people but no one responded below are the email ids
