Product delivery cancelled by company after 10 days since the day order was placed

I had ordered one scissors through Amazon on 11th October 2021, of which delivery was scheduled on or before 22nd October 2021. On 21st October i got a call from the delivery boy regarding delivery and informed that you have to reorder the product as it has not reached raigarh the boy was calling from raipur . According to him the product was to be delivered in Raipur instead of Raigarh. I had also ordered product viz 2 Nos ceiling fans from Amazon on the same address(raigarh) and they were delivered on time and at the right place. I am very much irate and feeling harassed and cheated. I have contacted the Amazon customer service. They assured me that they can only help me with initiate refund in my upi account as i had already paid in advance for this purchase. They denied to redirect the courier to the right address and told me that i have to reorder the product if i want the product.They had no other option available with them.
