I had bought an induction cooktop from prestige, it hardly worked for 1 weeks and after that i registered an complaint with prestige on 07-03-2016 .The complaint no is DEL#1774116. The technician visited following day and assured to repair the cooktop within two days . It is going to be nearly a month and till now the issue is pending and no call recieved on the end of prestige service center. So I request you to get my product replaced or repaired as soon as possible.
