I bought micromax q380 on 22 june 2015 last year with one year warranty and i faced many problems in the phone the major problem i faced was of the touch screen not working i gave my phone to the service centre in jammu for the replacement of tge touch screen they returned the phone in about 25 days and i was shocked to see that the next day touch screen again was not working and the other defaults too arose . I lost all tge trust in this company
