Complaint on swiggy and Vodafone idea (vi)
,Kurnool city.
I have ordered milk shakes on makers of milkshake restaurant through swiggy with payment mode of phonepe
After confirmation of order , money got debited. I didn’t receive any call or text messages from delivery person or swiggy team.
I didn’t receive my order, with out intimation my order was canceled by swiggy.
When I asked for my return of money 382
They didn’t refund instead they say that
Delivery person tried to call you, but I didn’t receive any call or message.
I lost my money of 382 with any service or product.
Either swiggy is responsible or mobile network is responsible for my loss of money
