Multiple escalations later, Voltas is not serious about the service. It's service quality is pathetic.
My entire wall under the AC is dated due to water leakage which was first detected and attempted to be repaired 15 days ago. Post that, 3-4 repair attempts have been made, but the damage is persisting and affecting the house.
Damages:
1. Damaged AC unit - 25,000/-
2. Wall Damages - 20,000/-
3. Time and Effort over 15 days
