Google denying replacement or refund for defective display installed by them during a service.

I have purchased a Google pixel2XL device in October 15, 2018 and got it replaced after two days because of a defective display and a swap note for the same had been provided which had the new IMEI NUMBER WRITTEN WITH A PEN. After that I always had other issues related to the phone but none were addressed by the team. I had issued with tth displyy again in March of 2019 and they replaced the display. I got another issue in April again and the display replaced earlier was defective, so they replaced the display again in April of ,2019. However, I have been told by one of the pixel India escalations team member mr preet that if I find issues with the display again, I will be given either a refund or a replacement for the same. I found out after a week of taking the device back that it's still having black/dark spots on two places I have attached the screenshots for the same. This was on 14th of may. My device had been sent back after 2-3 weeks, saying there isn't any issue with the hardware. The executive who came to pickup the device also understood the issues, but the technicians couldn't. However, I was told not to take the phone if I still see issues with it and send it back and they will escalate it further. I did the same and haven't received an official call or response to my emails and tweets I made regarding the same. I called support customer care twice and one person said I'll be contacted by the eod, 27th may. I waited until 8 pm the same day and called back again. They said the concerned escalations person would call me in twenty minutes but he hadn't called me back. I called again on 28the evening and Mr Preet was not available and the customer support executive told me that he will arrange a call back but they simply sent my phone back without ant replacement or refund.
