I HAVE HOME LOAN SANCTIONED ON 29.06.2019 OF RS. 3175000 , IN WHICH INSTALMENT DEBITED OF RS. 952000 ON 30.06.2017 AND INTEREST OF RS. 226.BUT THIS INSTALMENT AMOUNT IS NOT CREDITED TO MY BUILDER ACCOUNT ON 30.06.2017 AND CREDITED TO HIS ACCOUNT ON 01.07.2017 SO HE CHARGED GST OF 12% OF RS.114000 BECAUSE OF LATE CREDIT OF THIS INSTALMENT.IT IS COMPLETE MY LOSS DUE NEGLIGENCE OF BANK. I HAVE ALREADY COMPLAINED TO CUSTOMER CARE AND I HAVE BEEN ASKED TO FILE WRITTEN COMPLAINT.
