Hello,
I had visited the Dahisar Thakur Mall branch of Central while they were running a 50 % cash back scheme in December 2018
The counter and sales guys mis lead by saying that it will be actual cash back
I was never informed that i need to download the app and 500 rs cash back will come every month which i have to use in 5 days
i keep getting sms of vouchers validity - i never received any vouchers
The land line phones are never answered and when they are at 4 pm also i am told that the manager is out for lunch
I visited the store they asked me to download the app and were clue less about the voucher
I did download the app i was told i will get a 500 rs credit on 21st feb - none is come so far - it is still missing the credit of january too
You think customers have money and time to waste on your fraudulent scheems to keep coming back to your hopeless stores to use the 500 credit if they get or to fight about not getting the credits?
I am attaching all the required proofs and expecting that some one does call back and the "cashback" is not really a fraud - if not ill be taking this case to consumer court.
