We had ordered 50 bath towels linen from lords wear pvt Ltd Nagpur by email. We asked them to deliver it as soon as possible . They said it will arrivarrive in 4 days . They sent it in 2 bags. We received 1 bag of 30 in a week. We waited for another week but no parcel arrived. When we tracked the post it was sent to bagankanj a place we never heard of instead of kalpetta post. This is the carelessness of the Indian post office at Nagpur. They are to compensate for what we have incurred cause of ignorance from the staff of Indian post.
