This is purely harrasing the customer in the right to avail warranty related service like repair or replacement . As a customer with valid invoice and falling within warranty period (12 domestic + 6 month extended through soundbot website) i have right to avail service centre facility which is denied by brand because of flipkart.
I pray for punishment against flipkart and Soundbot for mental harassment claim Rs 10,000 as damages.
