Worst Jiofibre service. Technician has only visited for subscription. I have paid 6 month fee in advance & the jio box is unsealed. No technician has visited from 11 days. I keep getting automated mails from your end that installation is completed. However it isn't. The Customer care isn't supportive, they're just rescheduling appointments daily & raising tickets. Another false claim your team keeps telling is my residence was locked at the time of visit or couldn't locate my residence. Are you kidding me???
Please for god sakes send a technician for real instead of automated mail claiming installation is completed.
