I ported my no from Idea to Jio in December. It started working. I paid one year per paid amount to Jio. I got a message that old operator 500 rupees is balance. I paid the same and gave details to Jio. Since 21 jan 2020 till date my phone no which is with me since 12 years have been deactivated inspite of paying idea their dues and paying 2500 to Jio as one year prepaid amount. Called 100 times. Tried to do reactivation again. Still not working.
