I am facing slow internet speed on my Jio number since October 2017. My Jio number is 9511660928. After completing to Jio care team, they told me that my problem will solve within 48 hours. But after 48 hours they did not give me resolution. I generated service request number SR00000EZHW3 on date 18 Nov 2017 using my Jio app. They said me due to limited coverage, speed is slow so new Jio tower is planned at your area which is expected to go live within 90 days. In between 90 days they didn\'t provide me any update. After 90 days when my problem is not solved then I wrote a mail to [email protected]. I thought my problem will solved after this mail. But surprisingly appellate team also said me new Jio tower will planned at my area and it will be ready in again next 90 days. Appellate complaint number is SR00000I0AB2. Jio company is not interested in solving clients problem. I am replying mail to appellate team continuously and asking for resolution but they give me only 90 days date again and again.
