I have recharge my JIO number with 1099 plan. As given in plan details, I am not provided with all subscriptions. It was nowhere written that netflix subscription is only provided to postpaid users and not for prepaid.
And when i recharged my jio number and went to activate subscription i got pop up notification mentioned its for postpaid users only.
When I called 199 and 198 to register my complaint, they just disconnected my call.
