I have registered my son's biodata with vivah online on 10.06.18. I have deposited the prescribed fees of rs 4500 vide receipt no. 592 dated 10.6.18. At the time of registration it was asked by company representative that you will get 3-4 profile every week and if you are out of town, you can keep your account on hold.
I was out of india from 08.08.18 to 18.10.18 and I informed to company representative about this.
As per information provided by company representative at the time of registration the company should provide services to me up to 20.02.19.
But after return to india when I contacted to company representative to reinstated the service , they asked me that your registration was valid only for three months and now no any service will be provided to you. After a long discussion they sent 3-4 profile on dated 20.11.18. and after that I am not receiving any service from the company. On contacting on phone they asked me that you will not get any service from company. When I asked them to go to the consumer court, they asked that you will not get any service, you can do what you can.
