पानी की टंकी की आजीवन गारंटी होने पर भी बदली नहीं गयी है

मैंने जीतेन्द्र ट्रेडिंग कम्पनी पिलानी ,भगत सिंह सर्किल ,लोहारू रोड ,पिलानी से 18/09/2011 को बिल नं. -2322 के अनुसार 750 लीटर पानी की टंकी खरीदी थी |उस समय मुझे बिल पर नोट कर के दिया गया था तथा वारंटी कार्ड भी साथ में दिया गया की इस टंकी की आजिवन गारंटी है की ये कभी भी रेसेगी नहीं मगर अब वह टंकी से पानी रिसने लग गया है |जिसकी जानकारी मैंने दूकानदार को दी तो उन्होंने उसे बदलने पर मना कर दिया |मैं बहुत बार उससे अनुरोध कर चूका हूँ पर वे अब मेरी बात नहीं सुन रहे है |इस टंकी को मैंने रू 3600 में खरीदा था | लेकिन अब वे मुझे टंकी को बदलकर नहीं दे रहे है |
कृपया मेरी सहायता कीजिये व मुझे मेरा हक़ दिलवाए |
