No activation after installation of broadband connection

I have bought new broadband connection of hathway broadband company, sales guy did installation yesterday at 1 pm. It's been 24 hours and my broadband internet connection is not activated by these people. Registered complaint through their customer care number yesterday. Followed up today as well but no response. Posted on social media but no proper resolution given by them. I have my office work pending and the service is not provided by them. The new connection itself costed around 2501 rs.
