We had booked a zoomcar on the 28th march with full payment for the2nd of april from 8am-10pm, however when we went to collect the car that we initially booked it showed that the car had already been booked by somebody else even though we paid full amount for it. We were then asked to choose a different car which we did. When we went to pick this second car up the car was not in the location they sent us and upon talking to the owner, he said that the car had been in at the workshop since 18th feb and that we would not be getting the car. So, we called the zoomcar office to try and mitigate our issue. They told us they would send another car which they never did. We had already paid for our tickets at imagica which also went to waste. We called them again to ask about the details and they either did not pick up or would give excuses. Every time we called a different person would answer and one of them even told us to pay the amount again since the booking had beed cancelled. The booking was never cancelled feom our side so that did not make sense. The person said that we would get the money back within 24 hours since the booking had been cancelled. But since we had made the booking om the 28th of march, with that logic it would've already been returned to us. However we decided to wait and it has now been over 24 hours since that call and we have not received our money yet. We went in a total loss of Rs.12,136 in total because of zoomcars neglegence and terrible customer care. We are willing to press charges at the police station of the full amount for the car I.e. Rs 3876 is not returned to us by 8pm today. OUR BOOKING ID IS "JPSNCW2OG" for Tribe MT Petrol.
