Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to lodge a complaint against Mr. Harmesh of Creative Zone Film, Village Paldi Kadim, Jalandhar, regarding non-delivery of videography services despite receiving full/partial payment.

I booked his videography services for marriage function dated 22-23 November 2025 and paid the agreed amount in good faith. However, he has failed to deliver the promised video. Despite my repeated phone calls and WhatsApp messages on his number 9779631769, he has either stopped responding or has failed to resolve the matter.
