Dear sir we came to ludhiana center no. 2 to car no.plate . But our time is 9.30 to 11.30 am but sir for some reason we have to go hospital we came late so I go there around 4.15 pm then he said we will not fitted the plate because your time is over (9.30 to 11.30) but the date is same 6 August and center persons r trying to fight with me and behaving with me very bad so we request u to take action against them
