Not Redeeming of 5 Jio Vouchers

Dear Sir/ma'am,
I've bought 5 Jio vouchers for my mo. number 8960568117 on 2 July and 2 for my father's Mo. number 8318322558 on 2 july as well. they even send a confirmation message regrading those vouchers but when today I tried to redeem one of those vouchers it's showing "No vouchers available for your number" after that i tried to contact customer care number no response was given they don't even let me talk to customer care executive. kindly review this application as soon as possible.
