dear sir i prakash taviya having saving account in your jasdan branch account no.313410110003112 and total rs. 1,930.33/- has been debitedfrom my account by unknown person though online transactions and for wich i went to branch to help me but the branch manager initially refuse to take the complain by saying that we are not able to resolve this you need your self to resolve it by calling to our help line no.1800220229 and 18001031906 how ever this number is not giving me the solution. than i went to rastriy grahak surksha and they have taken my complain against the bank of india so please now i request you to kindly resolve my problemunless i need to go for fir.
