JIO fibre connection promised to return it within 45 days, but it nearing 60 days now

I booked JIO fibre connection for my home and they collected the subscription fee before even starting the survey. The amount was paid from my debit card. On the same day, the installation team came to my home, and they found out that there is no signal coverage in the entire room, while my existiung provider MTNL had nosuch issues. So, I cancelled the subscription and requested for refund.

The confirmed to refund it within 45 days from my cancellation request. It is now more than 55 days and still they are investigating.

Reliance Jio is cheating her customers by:
1) advance money collection, before even checking or starting the service.
2) The salesman is misleading, by advising it is mandatory for subscriptin and he is institing for debit card swipe.
3) Salesman name is: ABHIJIT, MOBILE # 8850212673; Reliance JIO seems to have no response for such demand for their sales team!!
