I have been complaining since a year now multiple times but no resolution. there is no uniform network through out my house, I have to run to the living room to make and receive calls. I'm surprised that in a prime location like Bandra West, Jio has bad network?? I keep missing important business calls all day. people keep calling me saying phone is busy when phone is free. phone network is showing full bars but yet when I call there is no ringing tone at all. I have to run from room to room in search of good network! when I called 199, 198 Jio helpline they admitted there is poor network in my location and they will resolve the problem in 48 hrs but after 48 still no resolution and then I get message saying problem resolved, case closed! I have no choice but to make WhatsApp calls, so what's the point of Jio network? this is causing me immense inconvenience and mental torture and loss of revenue. ported from Vodafone after 15 years. but shifting to Jio turned out to be my biggest mistake. I seek quick compensation, resolution for this problem. help would be deeply appreciated.
