Supply of faulty refrigerator- Rejecting for exchange with new refrigerator.

I submit that I have purchased Samsung make frost free refrigerator(345 L) for Rs.33,999/- vide order ID: OD110943472957502000 and the same was delivered on 11-12-2017. The product was installed by their technician on 12-12-2017 and he cutoff packing and taken away from my apartment.It is observed that the cooling system in refrigerator is not functioning and reported to the Flipkart by phone. Technician and he stated that product is not working and suggested for replace with new one.The same was reported to Flipkart and they accepted to return product on 21-12-2017.
The Flipkart is now rejecting to take back their faulty product stating the reason that the refrigerator shall be packed with same packing material. I asked by phone several times that it is not possible to us to get the same packing material as their people were cutoff the packing during installation and take away the cutted pieces from my home.But,the Flipkart is still rejecting to replace the faulty good supplied by them. I put in lot of mental agony due to negligence of Flipkart and I put in loss due to unreasonable conditions of Flipkart. I am claiming for double amount of product cost due to their negligence behavior on the customer fell cry.
