Resolution needed for complain of fridge Videocon and its customer care team

Dear Videocon Customer Service Team,
I purchased a fridge of Videocon company on 13 May 2022.Within a year its compressor become unserviceable. After long follow up it was rectified. On 25 May 2024 again the problem raised and called customer care. Till then i use to call them almost daily. Their generic reply that technician is assigned and it will contact to you. I written a mail to its customer care on 30 may 2024 escalating the issue with reminders.
Till today nothing has happened.
The lack of responsiveness and resolution from the company end is completely intolerable and has caused severe inconvenience and frustration. failure to provide timely and effective customer support is not only disappointing but also reflects poorly on Videocon’s commitment to its customers.
INVOICE AND COMPLAIN TO CUSTOMER CARE IS ATTACED
I demand that a i should get Proper compensation from company.
