I have purchased Hisense 411 L Frost Free Double Door Refrigerator on 04.10.2021, the refrigrator has cooling issues, In last one year the refrigrator was under major breakdown on account of cooling for more than four times, company has changed all major parts but no complete resolution till date. My warranty period is also expiring shortly. Hence I request for refund of complete amount.
The customer service is pathatic. so far no concrete resolution to my problem.
